Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, Eclectic Spruce ships to addresses within the United States. I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Flat Rate Shipping: I offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 on most studio essentials. For larger or heavier items, such as mixed media wall hangings, a specialized shipping rate may be calculated at checkout to ensure these substantial pieces are packaged and delivered with the care they deserve.

Processing Times: Every item in the shop is handcrafted and carefully curated in my Wisconsin studio.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packaged and dropped off at the carrier.
• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Processing times for custom pieces vary. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated lead times.

Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers: I primarily ship via USPS or UPS to ensure your items arrive safely. While I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has left my studio, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Eclectic Spruce is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but I am happy to provide any information needed to help you file a claim.
